I joined by myself and have experience with SUP yoga. It was the first time in one year that I did SUP yoga again. It was the most healing experience while looking at the blue sky and ocean of Okinawa! While floating in the sea, if you continue to breathe and do the poses slowly, you will be healed both mentally and physically; and you will feel reset. The wonderful instructor taught me various yoga poses meticulously. I used the photos taken the year before to practice and then compared them with this year’s photos. I could really see the difference and improvement of my poses. The teachers beautiful and powerful poses really help boost your motivation. Encouraged by the teachers words “It’s great to see you have been practicing and really putting in a good effort to improve”. I will continue to do yoga and look forward to the day when I will do SUP yoga in the ocean of Okinawa again!
